William (Bill) Volanski

Bill (William) Volanski, age 61, died Saturday, August 28, 2021 in an auto accident.  He was born March 19, 1960 in Mentor, Ohio, the son of Robert and Laura (Keltto) Volanski.  At age five he moved to Jefferson, where he attended school, attained licensure in the field of computer technology, as an electrician, and as a real estate agent.  Most of his work life was spent in the field of  high end business computer technology.  His career and family relocated him to many places, including Ashtabula, OH, Linesville, PA, North Carolina, and Tennessee.  He logged many frequent flier miles.  

He was a member of the  Pymatuning Sportsmen's Club located in Linesville, PA and the Eagle's Club of Jefferson, OH.  Having just retired, he had may bright and brilliant plans for his future.  He was passionate about music, family and his spirituality.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruth Volanski; and sister-in-law, Amy Toukonen Volanski.

He is survived by his first son, Robert (Melissa Paul) Volanski and their son, his first grandson, Elijah of Ashtabula, and his second son, Nathan Volanski of Kent; brothers, Richard (Amy de.) Volanski and Tim (Karen) Volanski and sister, Joan (Aaron) Volanski Colling, all of the Jefferson area, and sister, Mary Volanski Holdren of the Mogadore area; and so many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  He was much loved by all, and always will be.

A wake will be held at the Joan Colling residence in Denmark Township at 5:00 p.m. to the end of the bonfire on September 10, 2021.  Bill, you were a wonderful example of how to love eternally and you will be so very missed.
