William Adam Moroski, 69, of Ashtabula, Ohio, passed away November 15, 2020 at Ashtabula Country Club Retirement Center following a brief illness. He was born March 19, 1951 in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Joseph A. Moroski and Theresa (Tyskewicz) Moroski. In 1977 he married Sharon Stoneman in Ashtabula, Ohio and they shared many memorable years together.
He was a 1969 graduate of Harbor High School and went on to graduate from Kent State University in 1973 with a B.S. in Education. He was employed by A.C.J.V. School, which later became A-Tech, for 33 years where he taught History and English before retiring. He had been a member of the N.E.A. and Our Lady of Peace Parish - Mother of Sorrows Church.
Bill was a self-taught player of the acoustic guitar, enjoying his relaxation time playing Bob Dylan music, of whom he was an avid follower. He also had a love for Country Western music. He wrote poetry and various life-related stories in his spare time. He was one never to stay silent when it came to politics and political conversations. In his younger years, he also enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his brother, Joseph (Encie) Moroski of Conneaut, Ohio; and various cousins.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sharon, in January of this year; and brother-in-law, Steve Stoneman.
A special thanks to Hospice for the special care given to him. At his request, no funeral services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Ashtabula, Ohio.
