Genevieve Snitcher Obituary

Genevieve Florence Snitcher, age 86, of Ashtabula, passed away May 30, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 26, 1932 in Glassport, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Charles and Blanche (Sikorski) Barchanowicz.

Genevieve enjoyed raising her children. She also handmade wonderful beaded angels to give as gifts of love, appreciation, and thanks.

Genevieve is survived by her sons, Dan (Martha) Snitcher of Painesville, Ohio and Mike (Judy) Snitcher of Ashtabula, Ohio; daughters, Florence (Larry) Larson of Smethport, Pennsylvania and Brenda (Rick) Sprague of Erie, Pennsylvania; sister, Patricia Smith of Greenoch, Pennsylvania; 11 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warren (Barney) Snitcher; and daughter, Karen Naculich, formerly of Waterford, Pennsylvania.

A private Memorial service will be held at a later date.
