Ernest F. Lindenmayer, age 79, passed away on October 20, 2019, in Alliance, Ohio. He was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on April 21, 1940, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the son of Ernest F. and Lois J. Lindenmayer

He graduated from Harbor High School, class of 1958. He was a graduate of Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio. Ernest had a career in insurance related industries in Ohio and Florida. He enjoyed water sports, including water skiing.

His wife, Barbara L. Lindenmayer, preceded him in death on June 17, 2019. His parents also preceded him in death.

He is survived by his brother, Marin J. Lindenmayer of Ashtabula, Ohio; his sister, Lorelei A. Lindenmayer of San Jose, CA; and his brother, Stephen A. Lindenmayer of Braunschweig, Germany.

A graveside service in Edgewood Cemetery in Ashtabula, Ohio will be scheduled at a later date.
